My name is Mikeesha and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Contract Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Raynham, MA. Details for the positions are as follows:

Job Description
Must be able to; Load price, Analyze Price, Multi-task ( juggling multiple projects )
Be deadline driven and be able to adapt in a fast pace changing deadlines environment
Excels skills must be strong- Be able to not just work from existing Excel templates and reports but be able to create reports, modify reports ( V look ups Pivot tables )
Provide sales force, management, and other functional departments with account history, pricing questions/discrepancies, contracting process/status.
Gather and analyze pricing requests for discounted or national contracts.
Create future pricing for proposal process.
Develop financial reports/models to support contract negotiations.
Create, track and monitor proposals and contracts throughout negotiation process.
Input contracts in system and generate customized data including price books, customer confirmation letters, and reports. Monitor item masters for attachment to price groups.
Coordinate contract roll-out package to Sales Offices for National Accounts.
Maintain membership data on contracted IDNs.
Create, maintain, generate and distribute monthly and quarterly reports as required to field, sales management, and finance. Fulfill sales reporting requirements to accounts.
Provide pricing database for new product additions to National contracts
Support and participate in annual price increase process.
Ad-hoc reporting as requested. Special projects as assigned.
Candidate will have business experience. Financial background a plus.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required. Working knowledge of JD Edwards, Impromptu, and PowerPoint a plus. Maintain contract information in FileMaker database.
Candidate must be well organized with a strong attention to detail. Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal/communication skills are essential.
Requirements also include the ability to multi-task independently with minimal supervision and to take a leadership role when required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
