My name is Donald and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Raynham, MA. Details for the positions are as follows:

Job Description:
This individual will primarily support Medical Affairs in the coordination of Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER) for our Client.
This may entail scheduling CER Review meetings, tracking CER timelines, vendor management, and tracking literature search requests to ensure CER timelines are met.

Business Leadership
Ensure that safety and efficacy of our products are documented, processed, and reported following Company guidelines, internal business practices, and regulatory guidance to ensure compliance with worldwide safety regulations and corporate policies.

Administrative Leadership
Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.

Education
BS in Life Sciences, PMP preferred

Knowledge/Requirements
Broad knowledge of medical device clinical and regulatory requirements is preferred.
This is an entry level position

Strong skills and demonstrated competencies in the following areas are required:
Verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task
Effective time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Medical writing and presentation skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
