The Operations Manager provides day-to-day support for the Front Desk and Bistro. We are looking for a strong candidate with previous hotel experience. You must be able to motivate associates to achieve superior customer service excellence and lead by example. The candidate will also work in the Bistro during the evening shifts serving alcohol and food. You must possess strong leadership skills, communication and technological skills. You must have a strong work ethic and goal-oriented. The Operations Manager is responsible for staffing, training, requisitioning/purchasing, and the overall service delivery in support of continuing growth for the organization. Flexible working hours are a must as you will be scheduled for evening shifts 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 pm, mid-shifts 11:00 a.m. until 9 p.m. and morning shifts 6:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma with some additional coursework or training in restaurant management (college degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field preferred) and at least two years of food service experience. Previous management experience in a hospitality, food service, or customer service position is highly preferred. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
