Administrative Assistant- Marketing Communications

Kelly Services is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work in the Marketing Communications group at our client, a top rated medical device company located in Raynham, MA.

You will assist with supporting Product Launches, Marketing Communications, Copy Review Process and support a variety of Marketing initiatives.

This is a typical office scheduled, Mon-Fri
Pay rate: $20.00 houlry
Length of position: anticipated to be at least 24 months

Below are some of the key tasks in this position:

Heavy calendar management
Coordinate domestic and international travel
Submit expense reports
Create & edit Power Point presentations
Coordinate conference/WebEx calls, meetings and logistics
Order office supplies
Submit IT requests
Ship packages via FedEx
Submit purchase orders and requisitions
Submit bone model requests
Special projects and assignments as requested
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Windows, Power Point, Excel)
Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and applications
Strong organizational skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
