Description
This position is responsible for leading the HR portfolio in support of DePuy Synthes business goals and enterprise HR strategies.
Shape, lead and deliver on organizational effectiveness; talent, culture, business partnering. Shape and lead org. effectiveness: org. capability assessment; org. design; workforce planning. Shape and lead talent, diversity and inclusion: talent acquisition; development; engagement; retention. Target audience: franchise development leader; franchise development leadership team; pipeline for critical jobs; port of entry - AEL/TAP/IDP/IRDPs/MBA Hires. Should have the ability to lead large scale change; lead without authority; partner and collaborate across boundaries-geographies; build trust; coach senior leaders, and lead development of HR talent.
Design and develop HR strategy and priorities aligned with short-term and long-term enterprise and sector goals. Partner with business leadership team to define vision that drives innovation growth and employee engagement. Identify critical capability needs and partner with stakeholders to develop appropriate strategy to strengthen the organization. Provide strategy guidance and delivery for M&A;, organization development and business planning. Define organizational principles to enable delivery of individual and organization performance outcomes. Shape and foster high performing and highly engaged culture. Lead talent management processes to strengthen leadership pipeline.
This person should have a strong business acumen and a global mindset. This person should have a demonstrated track record and impact on: organization, talent and culture at a local/regional/sector/functional/global/enterprise wide level. Significant market adjustment due to accelerating pricing pressures and reduction in procedure volume with growth opportunities. Industry prime for business model disruption, future success depends on successfully meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders. Industry consolidation likely and could entail the combination of larger and mid-tier competitors or even the roll-up of numerous smaller competitors into larger entities. Growth will be achieved by innovating solutions that deliver improved clinical and economic value to patient, physician, provider, payer and policy maker supported by appropriate evidence and service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required. Experience in the health care industry desired.
This person should have strong leadership principles; behavior alignment: Connect, Shape, Lead, Deliver. They should posses a global mindset, multicultural competence, strategic talent management, and strong business partnerships. They should also demonstrate teamwork and collaboration across a matrix organizations. This person should be skilled in influencing, communication and change leadership.
This person should be skilled in HR disciplines such as organizational design and be able to lead an organization and company. Should have experience with organizational design within one or more sectors. Must be experienced with multi-function, high level recruiting for senior level positions. Should be able to develop compensation strategies and understand compensation as a performance lever. This person should have a demonstrated track record of impacting an organization,and talent and culture at a local/regional/sector/functional/global/enterprise wide level. This person should also be skilled in change management and employee relations. This person should be able to coach others in addressing ER issues and have experience across industries and with multiple countries.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
