Reporting to DePuy Synthes Institute Global Education Solutions Manager, this position is responsible for managing DSI Reception in Raynham, MA. They will adhere to DSI Welcome Desk Guidelines i.e. - welcoming guests and assist them in meeting their party and /or locating their meeting room, maintaining aesthetics of reception desk, and continually look for ways to enhance the DSI Customer Experience. The individual will adhere to J&J; security protocols including sign in procedures and fire safety, check meeting rooms each morning prior to event to ensure proper set up, and assist in registration and conference management for larger scale events.
The Customer Experience Coordinator will assist in the scheduling of lab and meeting space at the three DePuy Synthes Institute locations in the United States: Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; and Palm Beach Gardens, FL. They will manage a high volume of electronic lab and meeting space requests for all three facilities, and work directly with lab staff, AV staff, and requestors, on a daily basis to accommodate any specific needs or special requests. Reschedule lab and meeting space as needed.
The incumbent will also supportDSI Communications will follow Johnson & Johnson social media policies, maintain content and work with business partners to update Facebook and LinkedIn with timely posts. They will maintain content on the DSI Intranet (Prof Ed Place), identify new social media and communication outlets to promote the DSI, and maintain DSI facility i.e. visitors guide and communications toolkit.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of two years of experience working in a business environment is required, preferably with customer service and/or event management experience. The ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required. Experience with social networking for business applications is highly desirable. The ability to engage and build relationships with HCP customers and business partners is required. Demonstrates professional written and verbal communication is a necessity. Proactive attention to detail is required. Strong organization skills are required. Expertise in Microsoft office applications especially outlook, excel, power point as well as adobe acrobat professional is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
