The Strategic Accounts Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the contracting continuum with assigned sales divisions. He/she will work autonomously with division sales managers and sales representatives that span the entire Codman Neuro product portfolio. This individual will also be involved in ad-hoc strategic projects focused on process improvements, business needs and role development purposes. He/she will be required to effectively interact with Customers, Finance, Marketing, Field Inventory and Johnson and Johnson Healthcare Systems (HCS) and the field sales organization.
The Strategic Accounts Analyst will act as the single point of contact for the assigned Neuro and Neurovascular sales teams for pricing, contracting and account management. He/she will complete detail business review of sales trends, contracting and pricing history. This individual will perform financial, cost savings and pricing analysis. The Strategic Accounts Analyst will perform all aspects of contracting bids, request for proposals from customers. He/she will develop contracts, pricing letters and responsible for pricing implementation, account and contract maintenance. This individual will work with Compliance Measurement Analyst to monitor contract performance and quarterly commitments. He/she will manage essential contract documentation, Strategic Account processes and standard of procedures to meet compliance.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required. A minimum of 4 years experience is required. Medical device and/or pharmaceutical experience are preferred. Strong analytical skills are required. Good command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Proficiency in database analysis (Cognos PowerPlay, Impromptu) is required. Knowledge of Codman pricing systems (SAP OTC, ICS) is preferred. The ability to adhere to compliance guidelines and policies is required. It is required and expected that this individual can develop good understanding of Codman Neuro products. Prior finance experience is preferred. Previous process management is preferred.
This position will be located in Raynham, MA and requires up to 10% travel.
