Basic Scope:

In this role you will play a critical part in communication with internal employess ( Field Sales Consultants, Marketing , Analysts ) with regard to providing information pertinent to inventory of product, placing orders, ensuring proper shipment, creating and reviewing reports. This will require a high level of detail and accuracy,strong technical skills in the use of various databases such as SAP, JD Edwards, MS Excel.

Job Description:

Interface and partner with various departments including, Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Customer Service and Quality to resolve inventory issues. Mentor and train the Sales Force in inventory management procedures.

Support daily Sales Force transactions, evaluating, prioritizing and processing inventory reconciliations and transfers. Research, analyze and verify inventory reconciliation edits before data entry. Reconciliations will support Customer Orders processed in the Field, Product Returns sent from the Sales Force and Customer Consignment, and variation between layered order entry systems.

Support the Annual Field inventory audit. Create, review and process product/unit of measure validation reports. Provide system generated inventory reports to the Contractor. Process and report inventory results to the Sales Force and Supply Chain. Enter SAP transactions to reconcile inventory variances.

Coordinate inventory Check Out returns with Area Business Managers and Quality. Provide resolution for any additional inventory discrepancies to the Returns Inspector and ABM. Process and report Field Personnel inventory Check Out losses.

Support Field inventory reduction projects. Generate and process inventory returns for target quantities and product codes. Follow up with the Sales Force as needed.

Support other Supply Chain projects when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree preferred. A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in inventory management and/or auditing is required. Experience in the Medical device industry preferred. Advanced MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook experience required. SAP or other ERP System experience preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
