Sunrise Technologies, located in Raynham, MA, is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure customer expectations are met while achieving business goals.
Reviews contracts and documents, performs analysis, issues quotations, coordinates return material requests, handles marketing communications and promotional materials.
ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Prepare and facilitate quotations by gathering requirements, production schedules, cost data and revenue expectations.
Follow-up and maintain a quote status summary.
Follow-up with Sales Representatives and House accounts on leads to ensure customers receive requested information (literature, specifications, samples, pricing, etc.
) and that reps follow-up on leads to promote products increasing orders and sales revenue.
Management of database that includes customer contact details, trade show campaigns and lead/opportunity files.
Interface with other departments in handling customer issues and responsible for administration of product return process as Return Material Authorization (RMA) Administrator.
Responsible for maintaining sales literature.
Responsible for updating and maintaining company's social media presence and activities (websites, LinkedIn, Twitter and similar platforms).
Lead marketing communication initiatives (newsletters, press releases, success stories, etc.
).
Create, issue and report status of questionnaires/surveys sent to sales representatives and customers.
Develop, update and maintain sales reports and presentations on a regular basis.
Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.
DESIREABLE
Qualifications:
This position requires a level of knowledge that is usually associated with an associate degree plus three to five years of experience in an inside sales or customer service environment.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with an excellent telephone manner.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
ERP experience required.
Publishing, website and database software experience preferred.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a very outgoing personality.
Able to work with personnel from multiple departments and experience levels internal and external to the company.
