com/ This leader is a hardworking, customer-centric supply chain specialist, supporting the Order to Cash robotics Medical Technology.
In this role, they will:
Design end-to-end order management solutions to support the launch of new Robotics and Digital solutions.
Serve on critical Robotics projects, developing standardized processed cross-franchise processes.
Supporting and driving integration of business solution architecture to other major enterprise, sector-level interdependent programs and projects.
Manages the robotics project portfolio to ensure efficient business benefit within available resource capacityLeads business process design and testing strategies.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with commercial, deliver, compliance and IT organizations to develop end to end strategic solutions.
Develop and implement a standard approach for Business Simulation using standard testing tools.
Lead Business Process design efforts for future changes to utilize and optimize the vision of the Medical Devices Order to Cash solution architectureServe as the Subject Matter Expert for Medical Technologies Order to Cash processes.
As a business owner, support quality compliance system validation and change control processes to ensure ongoing compliance state and good practices.
Lead User Acceptance and Business Simulation testing.
They will assist with change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of new process introduction or changes.
QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash Processes is required.
Experience working directly with SAP Sales & Distribution Module is preferred.
CSCP certification is preferred.
Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirements is required.
Experience in testing methodology is preferred.
Project Management experience delivering medium to large scale projects from concept through delivery and supporting continued operations is required.
May require up to 10% domestic travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.
The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States.
Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company s discretion on an individual basis.
