Kelly Services has an opening for a Copy/Proof-Reader/Administrative Support opportunity with a highly regarded Medical Device Company located in Raynham, MA.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing the Copy Approval Process for our client, a well know medical device company located in Raynham, MA , as well as, ensuring the process remains compliant with the company Standard Operating Procedure SOP .
In this roll you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the copy review meetings and the calendar associated with this process. You will interact and work with members of Product Marketing, Communications, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical Affairs and Healthcare Compliance to facilitate the distribution, tracking and approval of materials. You will interact with many different departments within the company such as, Marketing, Medical Education, HCC, Regulatory and Administration.
This is a heavy detail oriented/analytic roll and to be successful the individual in this position should have / preferred to have the following
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferably with a focus in Marketing Communications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a heavy compliance/regulatory driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and be able to meet deadlines
- Ability to make independent judgement while following strict guidelines and SOP
- Strong technical skills / computer system savvy ( MS Office, Document Management systems )
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
